Service Description
The virtual alternative to the educational portion of our standard appointments. Intro to Hedgehogs is intended for both those who simply want to learn more about hedgehogs and view live video of available babies, and for families who have already placed a deposit on one of our babies to obtain general and personalized information regarding hedgehog care and behavior. During this 30 minute time we will answer questions and demonstrate handling techniques. This 30 minute conference is offered free of charge to families who have previously placed a deposit or to those who have already purchased a hedgehog through us. For those who have not placed a deposit, there is a $15 non-refundable fee for this appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Booking fees for Meet & Greet Appointments are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment up until 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel or reschedule any pick up appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick up time will result in a $25 rescheduling fee added to your remaining balance, regardless of whether or not the animal is picked up at a later time. No-shows will result in the forfeit of any deposit or payments made on any live animal and the animal will be made publicly available for purchase.
