Service Description
Please schedule a pick up appointment ONLY if you have previously reserved a SPECIFIC hedgehog which you are picking up. To save time, may complete your Purchase & Sales Agreement directly online here: https://www.muddycreekhedgehogs.com/hedgehogpurchaseagreement Those who would like to view available hedgehogs on which you do not have a deposit should schedule a Meet & Greet appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Booking fees for Meet & Greet Appointments are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment up until 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel or reschedule any pick up appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick up time will result in a $25 rescheduling fee added to your remaining balance, regardless of whether or not the animal is picked up at a later time. No-shows will result in the forfeit of any deposit or payments made on any live animal and the animal will be made publicly available for purchase.
